Q. Do you need access to water and power ?

A. We do need a water tap if at all possible, please. If this causes problems, we carry a large back-up tank of water on our vehicle, so we won't run dry. We don't need power as all our equipment is petrol driven or run off our generator, so in other words they have independant power supplies.

Q. Do i have to be at home when you arrive ?

A. No, all we need is access to the area you require cleaning.

Q. Can you work overnight and weekends to minimise the impact on a commercial site ?

A. Yes, we can be flexible to accommodate your business needs. We just need to talk through the details.

Q. Do I have to pay anything as a deposit ?

A. No, we ask for payment upon completion and your satisfaction of the work carried out.

Q. Can you remove stains from block paving or tarmac drives ?

A. Yes, we have special chemicals to remove stains using tried and proven techniques. We have experience of  dealing with a variety of surface discoloration.

Q. When the surface has been sealed how long is it before i can walk on it ?

A. We reccomend a couple of hours for walking and overnight for car standing.

Q. Are you insured ?

A. Yes, we are fully insured for public liability and we will happily present our insurance certificates upon request.
